To secure your preferred date, we recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months in advance. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute events if our schedule allows.

Yes. John is able to provide music for any scheduled Masses connected to your event, as long as those details are arranged prior to his arrival. He will coordinate with your priest or liturgy team to ensure the music is appropriate and seamlessly integrated.

Once all event details are finalized, we will provide a written agreement outlining logistics, rates, and travel arrangements. A deposit may be requested to secure your date. Your event is officially confirmed once the agreement is signed and the deposit (if applicable) is received.
